Reborn Collection

Wow. I am speechless that I can actually share this long-term project with you! When I first started getting into Macramé I had a lot of ideas spinning around. I knew that I wanted to present a collection that I hadn't seen before. Something that makes the current macramé fad stand out in a different way other than the traditional, white, bohemian style. I felt an attraction to color. Vibrant colors, none the less. These colors radiate energy and joy. I have found so much peace (occasional frustration but mostly peace) finishing this collection for the launch of my shop (February 14th! Mark your calendars!!) ... I am over the moon happy with how they all turned out. Each piece is embedded with hours of work. I have to admit, the occasional *dancing by myself in the studio* happened, often, while completing the collection. And lots of reflection on my growth over the past few years. ... Becoming a mother was, by far, the most difficult thing I've ever had to endure and although having my son is also a huge blessing, dealing with postpartum blues that lasted way longer than expected, was a challenge. ... I can now proudly say that I feel an immense joy by being able to tap into a creativity that is slowly peeling away and revealing who Lauren is again. ... Therefore, I believe that no other name could fit this collection more perfect than "Reborn." ... Available Feb. 14th
